Harvest festival Hareli celebrated with zeal in Raipur

Hareli, the highly popular agricultural festival of Chhattisgarh , was celebrated with much pomp and gaiety in the state capital. Adding fervour to the festival, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel took part in the festivity at his official residence in Raipur where a large number of people converged to celebrate the pastoral life of people of Chhattisgarh.

In a bid to revive the state’s culture and traditions, the state government declared a state holiday on the day to promote the festival.
