HMDA officials demolish VV Vinayak's under-construction house in Narsingi

If the on-going speculations are anything to go by, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) officials have demolished VV Vinayak’s under-construction house in Narsingi . According to reports, a couple of notices from GHMC have already been sent to the ace director mentioning that the concerned construction is violating the rules mentioned in Government Order No.

111. Apparently, Vinayak took the required permissions to erect a G+2 building in Vattinagulapally but went on to build a G+6 construction without approval and also, didn’t respond to the notices.

Though an official confirmation is awaited, the news is already making rounds on TV channels and social media. While Narsingi and its surrounding areas fall under Gandipet Lake , the Government of Telangana has issued a GO which specified certain rules for constructing houses. This is done to protect water bodies surrounding the city.

Looks like nothing is working right for VV Vinayak both in personal and professional space! Besides ‘Khaidi No. 150’, none of his recent films managed to impress the audience with his last directorial ‘Intelligent’ being the worse of all. Recently, there were reports that the 44-year-old filmmaker is gearing up to work with Nandamuri Balakrishna for an action-entertainer, however, the project didn’t materialise.
