Indian Army Soldier posted in Ladakh died due to lack of oxygen

Leh: Indian Army Jawan Dharmapala posted in Ladakh on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) between India and China has died due to lack of oxygen. His was posted in Ladakh. During the deployment, due to lack of oxygen at high altitude, Dharampal's health deteriorated, after which he was sent to the military hospital in Delhi under critical circumstances.

He was referred to Chandigarh later. Dharampal died on 5 August in Chandigarh.

Dharampal joined the army in 2001. He was a resident of Jaisari Kala under the Dakor police station area of Jalaun. He got married in 2005. He has 2 children, in which one child died during the Harsh firing last year. Today, Dharmapala's body will be brought to his village Jaisari. The information of his death has saddened the village, while his family is devasted after hearing this news.

40-year-old Dharampal Singh was a Havildar in the Artillery of the Indian Army. Dharmapal Singh was on duty on the hills of Ladakh. His condition worsened due to lack of oxygen. When the condition worsened, he was admitted to the hospital in Chandigarh where he died during treatment. Dharmapal Singh has 2 siblings. Elder brother Mahipal Singh, younger brother Indrapal do farming in the village.
