Jasmin on receiving 'death threats' post BB

Jasmin Bhasin, who has done popular shows on television including Tashan-e-Ishq and Dil Se Dil Tak, revealed in a recent interview to a news portal that she received death and rape threats after her participation on Bigg Boss .

Talking to a news channel, she said, "Leave alone trolling, people hurled such toxic abuses at me when I left the Bigg Boss house.

I received death and rape threats. And for what? Just because I did a show and they didn’t like me in it?"

The actress had to seek medical help and it was her friends and family who helped her get past the difficult phase. She added, "What I faced was very serious. All of that affected me mentally at some point. But I got over it with medical help and my friends and family who love me."

The actress concluded that she doesn't let trolls affect her anymore and she only focuses on the love she gets for her work.

Bigg Boss 12 was quite significant for Jasmin as it wasn't just her career that took off with it but also her personal life. She realised that her love for Aly Goni was much more than the friendship they shared.

The two have been in a relationship since then and are going steady.
