Jhansi Ki Rani, June 26, Written Update: Lakshmibai wants Manjari to marry Shiva

Gangadhar shows solidarity with Manjari's situation but tells Lakshmibai and Moropant that they don't have evidence to prove she is innocent. However, he feels what Manjari did is right, and men who outrage women's modesty must get a death sentence. He feels that Manjari must stay with Lakshmibai in her room until they find a solution.

Sakku Bai, Laccho Bai and Janki Bai make desperate attempts to know what the King is discussing but they don't hear anything. However, they know that the King is discussing a very serious issue. Later, Gangadhar attends Rob's funeral only to follow the protocol. But is Rob really dead? No, Rob is alive and it was Ross' plan to narrate a fabricated story to create a scene and make Gangadhar accountable for his brother's death.

Ross wants Rob to return to England but before sending him, he wishes to get hold of the attacker (Manjari) and avenge her for hurting his brother. He asks Rob to describe Manjari's appearance so that he can get a sketch made. Posters featuring Manjari's sketch gets posted everywhere in Jhansi.

Later at night, Shiva secretly visits Rani Lakshmi Bai's room to take Manjari away. He confesses his feelings to Manjari and says that he cannot think of a life without her. Rani Lakshmi Bai, who informs Moropant after Manjari goes missing, finds her friend with Shiva. She comes to know that Manjari and Shiva like each other and hence they must get married. Lakshmibai is happy to see Manjari with Shiva and hopes for a bright future for her.

When she discusses Manjari and Shiva's marriage, Gangadhar steps out of his room. He is shocked to see Shiva inside the palace. To handle the situation, Moropant asks Shiva to leave stating that they will take care of Manjari.  Meanwhile, Janki Bai tries to connect the dots to get the complete picture.
