Join Ayushman Bharat soon: Odisha

New Delhi: A month after an appointment driven by Ayushman Bharat CEO Indu Bhusan met state wellbeing priest Naba Kishore Das and Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi in Bhubaneswar June 4, Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Harsh Vardhan Friday said that the state will come installed the plan ‘soon’.

Answering to an issue of Trinamool’s Sudip Bandyopadhyay, the association clergyman told the Lok Sabha that West Bengal, Telangana, Delhi, Odisha, Rajasthan and Punjab have so far not joined the plan.

All things considered, he contended that Ayushman Bharat plan was in light of a legitimate concern for the general population and encouraged the states to join the plan to their greatest advantage.

He further included, “I have kept in touch with the CMs of these states encouraging them to join the plan. The Odisha government has reacted. They are ready now and will before long join this plan.”

Rajasthan and Punjab have additionally indicated positive methodology, he included.
