Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik said that the Maharashtra government has agreed to allow 25 take offs and 25 landings every day for domestic flights from Mumbai. This number will be increased gradually. The state government will soon issue details and guidelines in this regard.

According to the Municipal Corporation Greater Mumbai, 1566 new corona cases and 40 deaths have been reported in Mumbai, taking the total number of cases in Mumbai to 28,634. In Maharashtra, 2608 new corona cases have been reported, 60 deaths have also occurred and 821 people have been discharged after recovery. The total number of cases in the state now stands at 47190, including 1577 deaths and 13404 discharges.
