Man Attempted kidnapping, police arrested him in one hour
Hisar: A case of attempted kidnapping of a child has surfaced in Fatehabad on Sunday. While the accused was trying to kidnap the child, his family members of child suddenly got noticed. Due to this, the accused escaped leaving the child and he failed to kidnap. Later, the CCTV camera footage shows the face of the accused clearly visible.
According to the information received from the police, a scooter rider tried to kidnap an 8-year-old child in Anjali Colony of Fatehabad. When the family saw the accused raising the child, he escaped from the spot leaving the child. After getting information about the case, ASI of the city police station arrived at the scene and CCTV cameras installed around the house were searched, and the face of the accused riding the scooty appeared in the footage. Taking the matter seriously, the police found the accused in an hour.
The arrested accused have been identified as Rajkumar alias Raju. When the police asked him the reason for trying to kidnap the child, he said that he had made this mistake while intoxicated. The police have arrested the accused. Police registered a case against the accused and produced it in the court from where he has been sent to jail.
