'Mapusa will get 15MLD water per day'

Saligao: To solve the water scarcity problem in Mapusa , PWD minister Deepak Pauskar , on Wednesday, assured to supply 15 MLD water every day. He also said that the tender for upgradation of water supply to the town will be refloated before the next monsoon.

Pauskar addressed the press after a meeting with Mapusa MLA Joshua D’souza, Mapusa Municipal Council chairperson Ryan Braganza and PWD officials.

The PWD minister further said that corrective steps will be taken to supply clean water to Mapusa residents after they complained of dirty tap water for a few days.
