CM Fadnavis hosts meeting at his official residence

The Maharashtra Chief Minister hosted a meeting today at his official residence to chalk out and steps to be taken on various issues.

Present at the meeting were MLAs and Independent MLAs, BJP State President Chandrakant Patil Kshitij Thakur(Nallasopara) of BVA which is having 3 MLAs on the Assembly, Shyamsunder Shinde(Loha) of Peasants and worker’s party, Vinay Kore of JanSurajya Shakti, Independent MLAs Ravi Ran(Karnala), Geeta Jain(Mira-Bhayander, Mahesh Baixi(Uran), Kishore Jorgewar(Chandrapur) Vinod Agarwal(Gondia), Rajendra Raut(Barshi), Prakash Anna Ashade(Ichalkaranji) were all present.

In a significant turn of event, all the MLAs expressed their full support to the leadership of CM Devendra Fadnavis.
In the course of the discussions, even the water issues, damage to crops owing to unseasonal rains and steps to be taken by the state government to assist the farmers were put forward
The party feels that this will give them leverage in the negotiations with the Shiv Sena.

But both BVA and PWP legislators have come forward to extend their support to the BJP.
