Mumbai City FC, the Indian Super League (ISL) team, announced on Saturday a deal with French-Moroccan midfielder Hugo Bomaus before the league's upcoming seventh season. Bomaus was previously part of FC Goa. He will remain with Mumbai City FC until 2022.Bomaus said, "It is a great honor for me to be associated with a club like Mumbai City FC. It is not hidden from anyone that I have a great relationship with coach Sergio Lobera. "
Bomaus continued, "He knows how I can do my best. I am excited to work with him and to meet my new colleagues. I had a good last season and I want to be even better. "
The 25-year-old Bomaus did very well for the Goa team in 2019-20. He scored 10 goals in 15 matches and won the ISL's Golden Ball.
