Caught On Camera: Dog Attack On Teenage Girl In Noida Housing Society Lift

A disturbing incident recently unfolded in Noida's Lotus 300 Society, Sector 107, when a girl was attacked by a dog inside a lift. The entire ordeal was captured by a CCTV camera and quickly went viral on social media.

In the footage, the girl is seen standing in the lift. As the doors open, a dog suddenly lunges in and bites her arm, causing her to recoil in pain.

A man outside the lift quickly intervenes, shooing the dog away and kicking it to protect the girl. The dog attempts to re-enter the lift but retreats as the doors start to close.

The girl, visibly shaken and in pain, is left alone in the lift, where she appears to be crying and wiping her face with her t-shirt. When the lift reaches the ground floor, she exits.

This incident adds to the growing number of dog attacks reported in Noida, particularly in affluent areas like Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Earlier in April, another shocking incident occurred in Ghaziabad, where a German Shepherd charged at a six-year-old girl riding her bike within her apartment complex, also caught on camera and causing public outrage.

In March, the central government directed states to prohibit the sale and breeding of 23 aggressive dog breeds, such as Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, Rottweiler, and Mastiffs. Owners of these breeds were instructed to promptly sterilize their dogs if they already possessed them.

The Lotus 300 Society where the recent attack occurred has not yet issued a statement regarding the incident.
