CBSE 2024 Results: Marks Verification Schedule Released, Get the Details

As anticipation builds for the release of the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board results 2024 , the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has unveiled the dates for mark verification . Scheduled to be unveiled anytime after May 20, students dissatisfied with their results will have the opportunity to request mark verification between the 4th and 8th day following the announcement.

The window for requesting grade verification spans five days, ensuring ample time for students to seek clarification. Providing further transparency, scanned photocopies of the graded answer books will be accessible from the 19th day after the results announcement until the 20th day. Moreover, between the 24th and 25th day following the announcement, answer sheets will be available for re-evaluation.

CBSE Result 2024: Proposed Schedule for Marks Verification


The CBSE board exams, conducted between February and April, are set to culminate in the release of results post-May 20. The Class 12 examinations spanned from February 15 to April 2, while Class 10 board exams were held from February 15 to March 13. Impressively, this year witnessed approximately 39 lakh students participating in the CBSE board examinations.

Emphasizing adherence to strict timelines and online procedures, the board clarified that all activities, including mark verification, will solely be facilitated through online channels. Any requests made beyond the stipulated deadlines or through offline means will be disregarded, upholding the integrity of exam safety protocols. To ensure alignment with CBSE directives, the timetable has been communicated well in advance to parents, students, and schools alike.

Following the results announcement, detailed guidelines outlining the procedures for requesting Marks Verification, Obtaining Photocopies of Evaluated Answer Books, and Re-evaluating answers will be disseminated to candidates who undertook the Board Exams 2024.
