Elvish Yadav Drops His First Post Since Bail In Snake Venom Case, Pens Cryptic Caption About 'Time'

Elvish Yadav , the YouTuber who was recently detained in Noida Jail, has now been granted bail. The bail amount, fixed at ₹50,000, was sanctioned on the sixth day of his confinement. Despite being held since March 17, the hearing for his bail was delayed until Friday due to a lawyers’ strike. However, the court eventually assessed the case and provided Elvish with relief just before the Holi festival.

Elvish Yadav’s legal representative, Prashant Rathi , conveyed to the media, “Our arguments in this case was that he was falsely accused and no substance was obtained from him or his friends that violated the NDPS act. The court has granted bail to him (Elvish Yadav) as well as his two friends on two sureties of Rs 50,000 each…”

Following his release from custody, Elvish has shared his first post-jail photo. In the snapshot, he is pictured amidst luxury cars, clad in a white shirt paired with a black sleeveless jacket and blue denim jeans. Fans inundated the comments section with expressions of joy upon his return. Abhishek Dobhal , known for his stint on Bigg Boss 17, expressed, “Bhai so happy to see you”, while other fans wrote “King is back”. He captioned the photo in Hindi which loosely translates to, “Time may not be visible, but a lot is revealed.”

Moreover, Elvish took to Instagram Stories to share another photo, wherein he can be seen giving a thumbs-up to his supporters. The winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 and prominent YouTuber was apprehended by Noida Police in connection with a snake poisoning case.

The charges were filed under the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act , 1972, and for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, as reported. Earlier in November, raids were conducted in Noida Sector 49, leading to the recovery of five cobra snakes. Subsequently, nine additional snakes were rescued during the operation, alongside the discovery of snake venom at the site. During subsequent investigations, the individuals arrested implicated Elvish.
