Salman Khan Firing Case: Mumbai Police Appeals To Home Ministry For LOC Against Anmol Bishnoi

During the ongoing investigation into the shooting incident outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan 's residence, the Mumbai Police Crime Branch has requested the Home Ministry to issue a look-out circular (LOC) against Anmol Bishnoi , the brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi .

Anmol Bishnoi attracted the attention of the Mumbai Police when he posted a message on Facebook taking credit for the shooting incident at Salman Khan's residence in Mumbai.

On Tuesday, PTI news agency disclosed that the Mumbai Police's crime branch, in the course of its investigation, retrieved two pistols, three magazines, and 13 bullets from the Tapi River in Gujarat.

Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, the two suspects linked to the shooting outside Galaxy Apartment on April 14, were apprehended on April 16 in Mata No Madh near Bhuj town, Gujarat. Their arrest came as a result of collaborative efforts between Mumbai and Kutch police teams.

In the course of the interrogation, the suspects revealed that they had discarded the weapons into the Tapi River from a railway bridge while traveling to Bhuj after fleeing Mumbai. It emerged that the duo's main objective behind the shooting appeared to be instilling "terror."

Gupta and Pal were purportedly following orders from the Bishnoi brothers (Lawrence and Anmol Bishnoi). Sources indicate that the investigation uncovered direct communication between Anmol Bishnoi and Sagar Pal, as well as Vicky Gupta, through internet calls. The duo allegedly received an advance payment of Rs 1 lakh for the shooting and were assured of an additional Rs 3 lakh upon completion of the task.
