The Amarnath Yatra, one of India’s most revered spiritual journeys, is set to begin from July 25 to August 19, 2025. Pilgrims from around the world travel to Jammu and Kashmir’s Amarnath Cave to witness the miraculous ice lingam, a natural formation believed to represent Lord Shiva. As this demanding pilgrimage draws near, it’s important for participants to be aware of the food regulations that ensure both health and spiritual integrity during the journey.
