The Pakistan Super League (PSL) clash between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings was postponed after reports emerged that a section of Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium was damaged just before the match. The cause of the damage remains unclear, with speculation about a possible drone crash amid rising tensions between India and Pakistan.

While an official government statement on the alleged stadium incident is still pending, the situation has triggered intense media discussions. A viral video shows Pakistani news anchors debating whether India was behind the attack.

Media Debate Goes Viral

Shared by an X user, the clip appears to be from a panel discussion where anchors analyze the ongoing tensions between the two nations. They also reference the PSL’s recent shift to Dubai, with one female anchor passionately stating, “Did IPL go to Dubai? Is your PSL getting affected? Who stopped your cricket? India. Who gave you a financial burden? India did. For how long do we have to take such bullying? India is a bully. For how long will you stop the sentiments of Pakistanis? Our PSL has been struck by their drone."

At one point, as she declared she wouldn’t have peace until the IPL is moved out of India, a fellow panelist humorously responded, “We can’t go into war for your peace. This is about Pakistan’s peace and harmony," leaving others laughing.

Social Media Reactions

The video sparked widespread reactions online, with users sharing mixed opinions. One comment read, “These guys have a lot of humour," while another remarked, “India is a bully…. We are on the right track." A third user quipped, “What an unserious country!"

PSL Relocation & IPL Challenges

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) cited "unforeseen circumstances" for relocating PSL matches, as cross-border tensions raise safety concerns for players and fans. Meanwhile, the Indian Premier League (IPL) is also facing disruptions, with the recent Punjab Kings vs. Delhi Capitals match in Dharamshala being abandoned due to weather issues.
