Nigel to tour Sikkim on his bike

Come October end and Nigel Akkara will be off to North Sikkim for a bike trip. The actor will be accompanied by his wife and two more bikers. Nigel said he has been wishing to go on such a trip for a long time and his wish is finally coming true.
Naturally excited about the whole thing, Nigel is planning to tour the entire North Sikkim region on his bike.

“On October 31, we will go to Chakdaha , Nadia, as the locals there want to felicitate us. The next day, we will flag off our trip and set out for north Bengal and head to Sikkim from there,” said Nigel. The actor, who is consumed by wanderlust, is passionate about biking. “But for some reason or the other, I could never explore my desires,” he said.

After years of wait, Nigel finally bought his dream bike, a cruiser, in July and since then, he has been planning for this trip. “Since childhood, I was drawn to the unique sound of this bike, but several reasons stopped me from buying it. But after Gotro, I thought of buying one without waiting any further. I even discussed about this with Nanditadi (Roy) before taking the final decision,” added the actor, who is all set for his upcoming trip after shopping for travel gear and biking related stuff like jackets, saddlebags, gloves and more. After the initial plan of staying in tents, Nigel has finally decided to check into hotels during the trip.
