Nor'wester Disrupts Life In Jalpaiguri On Tuesday Morning

Jalpaiguri: Following the forecast of weather office, Jalpaiguri witnessed Nor’wester as result of adverse weather condition on Tuesday morning. The sky was overcasted since the morning.

Rain and thundershowers accompanied with moderate lightning strikes, squally winds and thunderstorm has shaken the city of North Bengal.

People can not go out for their work due to this.

The Jalpaiguri district administration expecting huge loss after such natural calamity. Several places of the district facing power cut following the unfavourable weather condition.

The nor’wester took down several trees and tree branches in different parts of districts which has snapped the road service in the districts. On the second day of week people are facing huge problem in such situation.
