Odisha Likely To Experience Winter Chill Shortly

Bhubaneswar: Several parts of Odisha are likely to experience winter chill as Bhubaneswar Regional Meteorological Centre predicted a gradual drop in minimum temperature in the next two to three days.

Met Director HR Biswas on Monday informed that already several pockets in interior Odisha are experiencing a drop in minimum temperature with Sundergarh recording 14 degree C while Gopalpur recorded a highest temperature of 30 degree C.

Though the weather is likely to remain dry in the next five days, there is possibility of light rain in several parts of south Odisha including Gajapati, Koraput, Rayagada and Malkangiri after November 17.

Moreover, there will be a gradual drop of minimum temperature across the State by at least two to three degrees in the next couple of days.
