Official caught taking bribe: Bhiwani Municipal Council

In a crackdown on degenerate authorities, the Haryana State Vigilance Bureau got Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Bhiwani, in the act while tolerating unlawful delight of Rs 35,000.

An official representative of the Bureau said Deepak Goel was discovered in the act while tolerating illicit satisfaction from complainant Vishal (temporary worker), an occupant of Hanuman Garhi Chonk, Bhiwani, in lieu of passing his bills.

A FIR under the Prevention of Corruption Act has been enrolled against Goel.
