Panna Cotta
Panna Cotta is an authentic Italian recipe that has creamy texture and would instantly melt in your mouth. Since Father’s Day is around the corner, making some delicious Panna Cotta for him would be the perfect surprise. This dessert recipe is easy-to-make and is prepared using a handful of ingredients like gelatin, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar and half and half.
INGREDIENTS
15 gm gelatin
1 kilograms heavy cream
200 ml full cream milk
175 gm caster sugar
2 gm vanilla beans
2 tablespoon white chocolate
How to make Panna Cotta
Step 1
To prepare this lip-smacking dessert recipe, take a large bowl and add 250 grams of heavy cream in it. Using a whisker, whisk the cream until it becomes smooth and light in texture.
Step 2
Next, put a large pan over medium flame and boil the rest of the cream along with milk, sugar and vanilla beans. Then, add gelatin into the mixture and turn off the flame. Let the mixture cool down and once done, fold it in the whipped cream.
Step 3
Finally, pour this mixture in a glass and garnish with white chocolate and enjoy!
