PFI puts up 'inciteful' posters in Bihar over Supreme Court's verdict on Babri Masjid-Ayodhya dispute

Katihar: Though several Muslim parties and leaders have welcomed the Supreme Court’s verdict on the Babri Masjid-Ayodhya dispute, certain regional Muslim organisations continue to foment inciteful sentiments over the matter.

Instigating posters have come up in Bihar’s Katihar asking the Muslim community to protest against the apex court order, as per which the disputed land went to the deity – Ram Lalla Virajman.

The posters put up by the Popular Front of India on roadsides and flyovers read ‘Babri faisla: Insaaf ke khilaaf uthayein awaaz (Babri verdict: Arise and speak against the injustice)’.

The PFI is not happy with the judgment and have put up several inciting posters across the city.

When asked by Times Now, Mohammed Ali Jinnah, general secretary of the Popular Front of India, confirmed that his party had indeed put up these posters. “Yes, these posters have been put up the party. The central government was using the Supreme Court judgment as a shield so that the people who oppose this judgment cannot raise their voices, which is the reason why we put up these posters.”
