It will have 300-bed capacity and specialised healthcare facilities at par with PGI Chandigarh, he added.

Taking a jibe at Rahul Gandhi's rally held in Kangra district , Thakur said he had received some photographs of the venue from his friends, where empty chairs were seen and the Congress leaders had later alleged that people were forcibly removed from the venue.
