Raja and Madhubani Goswami extend support to the people in need

The super cyclone has left its trails behind in many parts of the state. While the citizens were already facing a challenge posed by the COVID-19 outbreak and lockdown, the natural calamity has caused havoc in terms of lives and devastation. From common people to celebs many have come forward to help people who are in tremendous crisis.

Actors Raja Goswami and Madhubani decided to come forward and extend support during this crisis. The celebrity couple went to Basirhat and Hasnabad and distributed food items, sanitary napkins and other essential articles to help people who are facing adverse situations there.

This is not the first time the couple has come forward to extend support. Raja and Madhubani are known as animal lovers and have been always ahead when it comes to the rights of animals. They have been continuously feeding the stray animals in their locality ever since the lockdown was announced.

Just like Raja and Madhubani, actress Chaiti Ghoshal, Simran Upadhyay, Sandipta Sen, Anindita Raychaudhury have been helping people in need.

Coming back to the celeb couple, they are quite successful in their television career. Raja and Madhubani were first seen together in ‘Bhalobasa.com’. The actors have been a part of many shows. Raja has done ‘Chirodini Ami Je Tomar’, ‘ Kojagori ’, ‘ Satyamev Jayati ’ and other TV serials. His wife, Madhubani, on the other hand, has featured in ‘Phagun Bou’, ‘Bhanumotir Khel’, ‘ Saat Bhai Champa ’ and other shows.
