Sadak 2: Aditya Roy Kapur jets off to Ooty for the next schedule; Alia Bhatt to join soon

Mahesh Bhatt's directorial movie, Sadak 2 starring Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur has been the talk of the town since the announcement of the movie was made. This will be the first time that Alia will be working with her father Mahesh Bhatt and sister Pooja. The actress had even shared an emotional post on the first day of the shoot.

She wrote, "Today is Day 1 of Sadak 2. And that's my father, now also my director, holding the clap. I begin shoot in a few days and honestly, I’m petrified. I feel like a tiny mouse trying to climb a beautiful, immense, emotional mountain. I hope I make it to the top and if I fall I hope I’m able to get up again. It’s a tough climb but from everything I’ve seen and everything I’ve heard, I know every single step and misstep will be worth it! Here's to movies, family, dreams and starting out on a brand NEW journey! And what a journey it’s going to be!!!!"

The team has wrapped up the first schedule of the film which was shot in Mumbai and their next schedule is said to be shot in Mysore and Ooty. Recently, Aditya was spotted at the airport all set to fly to Ooty for the next schedule of Sadak 2. The actor started shooting for the romance-drama from October 15. Reportedly, the Ooty schedule is two-week long and significant scenes of the sequel will be shot. Alia has currently jetted off to Manali with Ranbir to shoot for the last portion of Brahmastra. She will join the Aashiqui 2 actor after she completes shooting for this Ayan Mukerji's movie.

Besides Sadak 2, Aditya will also be seen in Mohit Suri's Malang whose shoot had recently been wrapped up. The movie also stars Disha Patani and Anil Kapoor in lead roles.
