Sasural Simar Ka's Dipika Kakar Ibrahim reunites with her on-screen sister Avika Gor aka Roli; they recall old days

Sasural Simar Ka sisters Dipika Kakar Ibrahim and Avika Gor recently reunited virtually on the latter's birthday. Dipika went live on her Instagram account to catch up with her on-screen sister Avika and wish her on her birthday. Avika turned a year older yesterday (June 30) and Dipika invited Avika to chat with her. The two ladies recalled some old memories from their Sasural Simar Ka days and had a hearty laugh over it.

Dipika praised the birthday girl for her initiative and the work she is doing to bring a smile on other people's faces.

She's captioned the video as, "Happy Birthday girl," followed by a heart.

The video starts with Dipika wishing Avika a happy birthday and the latter gets totally overwhelmed. The Balika Vadhu actress then asks Dipika about Shoaib Ibrahim with whom she had also shared a screen space and also about her family. She also tells Dipika that she really enjoys watching videos and they are super funny. Avika also praised Dipika's cooking videos and the latter revealed that she loves to cook and she made the maximum use of the lockdown by making different recipes. They also laughed over Dipika's video in which she had served him a burnt omelet on his birthday.

Dipika lauded Avika for her philanthropic work and the latter went on to reveal how she has been helping underprivileged kids through her initiative. Avika shared that she has joined hands with an NGO named Camp Diaries and through it they are trying to provide free extracurricular activity learning to kids across different schools.

The two also talk of Dipika's pet Cuddle and she tells her that he has become very naughty. Avika shared with their fans that Dipika and she had a long conversation before Dipika was to go inside the Bigg Boss 12 house. The Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum actress shared that she was very nervous about her participation and to this Avika added but she was very sure of Dipika's victory and had even told her that she would walk out of the BB12 house with the trophy.
