Suriya's 'Aruvaa' is not shelved, shooting will resume for sure, confirms producer

Suriya's 'Soorarai Pottru' has been delayed and the fans have been eagerly waiting to catch the films in theaters. Meanwhile, Suriya has joined hands with director Hari for the sixth time, and the film has been titled ' Aruvaa '. The film was kickstarted officially with a pooja a few days before the Corona lockdown. Now, the latest buzz is that Suriya's 'Aruvaa' is not shelved; shooting will resume for sure, confirms the producer.



There are speculations about Suriya's 'Aruvaa' since director Hari is reportedly joining hands with his brother-in-law Arun Vijay for the first time. 'Aruvaa' was said to be shelved, and director Hari was to resume his film with Arun Vijay after the lockdown. There are also reports that director Pandiraj will be replacing Hari, and the film will be resumed with Suriya in the lead role. Now, these rumors about 'Aruvaa' have made the producer open up about the film's progress, and the team has confirmed that 'Aruvaa' will not be shelved, and the shooting will continue with the same team as announced.

Suriya is reportedly playing dual roles as brothers, while Raashi Khanna will be playing opposite one of his characters. The shooting of 'Aruvaa' is planned to be shot in Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari, Nagercoil, and places around the south, and the film is produced by KE Gnanavelraja's Studio Green.
