SVEEP teams organise voter awareness activities in city

Ludhiana: With the district administration making all-out efforts to achieve the target of maximum voter turnout during the Lok Sabha elections, Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) teams are spreading voter awareness in areas where voter turnout has been low in the past.

An official statement said, “On Friday, the teams organised voter awareness camps in Kundanpuri, Kailash chowk area, Dugri phase-2 among other areas.

Similar camps were also organised in different villages of Jagraon, Raikot etc.”

SVEEP teams organised awareness camps at various educational institutes in the district.
