Srinagar: Terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir have started killing local citizens and shopkeepers with the intention of creating panic among the local citizens. Terrorist organizations troubled by this have carried out such incidents to create fear in the people. Sources say that Riyaz Naiku, the commander of the terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen, was missing since August 5.

Since August 5, when the decision to partition Jammu and Kashmir into two union territories was decided, the terrorists have not been able to carry out any major incidents due to the strong security arrangements. It is believed that the terror among the people has reduced the panic.
