Token system in Bargarh, Sambalpur: Farmers' agitation

Bargarh/Sambalpur: Farmers’ fights against the token framework for paddy acquirement raised further Tuesday as they bolted the common stock office (CSO) in Bargarh.

Sources stated, several ranchers, under the administration of Odisha Rajya Krushak Sangathan, president, Gourichandra Khamari, accumulated at the common stock office at about 9.00am.

They raged the workplace requesting that staff leave before locking the principle door.

In Sambalpur, the strike sorted out by the ranchers for wiping out the token framework entered second day Tuesday.

So as to compel the organization pay heed, the upsetting ranchers left paddy-stacked trucks before the places of Rengali MLA Nauri Naik, Rairakhol MLA Rohit Pujari and Sambalpur MLA Jayanarayan Mishra.
