Toll booth ransacked in Dahod

Vadodara: An offence was registered against unidentified persons who ransacked the Varod toll booth on Dahod-Chittorgarh national highway.

The assailants were peeved on being stopped at the booth and they attacked persons working there too.

While the incident took place on Tuesday night, an offence was registered on Wednesday.

When a car in which two persons were travelling was stopped at the booth, one of the persons bent a CCTV camera and objected to his being stopped there. He abused the staffers at the booth and left.

Later he returned with three others in a different car and ransacked the cabin of the toll booth and broke glasses there. They broke computers there and attacked those present inside it. The security shift in-charge Amit Singh has registered an offence regarding the incident.
