In an interview with ETimes TV, Ajaz said, “I managed to shed all the extra weight with the help of my trainers and a rigorous diet plan. Along with a strict fitness regimen involving morning cardio sessions, I maintain a disciplined, protein-rich diet, consuming nutritious food every two hours.”
