NAVI MUMBAI: Kharghar twins Shrushti and Sabab Raina, students of the same class in Ramsheth Thakur Public School, scored 97.8% and 95.8%, respectively. Another brother-sister pair of twins from New Panvel, Alan and Alma Saji, students of St Joseph’s CBSE School, got 97.2% and 96.2%, respectively.

Both pairs consider time management and joint studies their success mantra.

“My brother has poor handwriting, so I would often help him write his projects,” said Shrushti, who has completed three levels of Vedic math with Sabab.

Unlike the Raina siblings, Alma and Alan have different interests. “I am good in mathematics and she in English. But I scored more in her favourite subject of English... Our group study worked in our favour,” said Alan. Alma has decided to take up commerce and Alan wants to pursue engineering. Later, Shrushti wants to get into an IIT and then join the civil services and Sabab hopes to join an IIM.
