Unrequited love: Youth stabs girl in Kollam.

KOLLAM: A youth stabbed a minor girl for rejecting his love in Sasthamcotta in Kollam. The girl has been admitted at the medical college hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. Reports say the girl is in critical condition.

Her relatives said he had been pestering her for quite some time. He got angry after she rejected his love.

This may have forced him to take the heinous step.
