Waterlogging: High court lawyer moves city court

PATNA: A Patna high court lawyer on Thursday filed a complaint case in his personal capacity in the CJM court here against CM Nitish Kumar , deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi , UDHD minister Suresh Sharma, former principal secretary of the department Chaitanya Prasad, former divisional commissioner Anand Kishor and four others, holding them responsible for the recent waterlogging in the city.




The complainant, Ram Sandesh Roy, said the CJM court would hear the case on Friday. The four others named in the complaint case are Patna mayor Sita Sahu, Patna Municipal Corporation commissioner Amit Kumar Pandey, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited managing director Amrendra Prasad Singh and district magistrate Kumar Ravi.
