Ankita Rai is a journalist, digital content creator, and social media enthusiast who is deeply interested in stories that inform, connect, and resonate with people. Currently working as a Social Media Intern at Times Internet, she contributes to the NewsPoint App by supporting social media content, assisting in editorial planning, and experimenting with digital storytelling for diverse audiences. With over 100 published articles across MyLifeXP and other platforms, she is continuously exploring how storytelling adapts across formats and subjects. As a writer, Ankita enjoys working across themes like world politics, general knowledge, lifestyle, and culture, with a growing interest in making complex ideas more accessible and human-centered. Her work reflects an ongoing effort to find a voice that is both clear and relatable. Her journey began at ABP Live, where she gained hands-on exposure to the workings of a newsroom contributing to video podcasts, conducting street interviews, and assisting in research. She later expanded her experience with Times Pets, where she explored different aspects of content creation, including social media management, podcast hosting, and editorial writing opportunities that helped her understand the ecosystem more holistically. Beyond journalism, Ankita has always been drawn to creative expression. During her graduation, she was actively involved in a Literary Club and worked on writing and directing theatrical pieces, experiences that continue to shape her storytelling approach. She also holds a diploma in Radio Jockeying. Currently pursuing her postgraduate degree in Journalism from Amity University, she is focused on learning, growing, and building a meaningful career in media one story at a time.
