BREAKING: Toy Train, Joy Ride Collapses In North Dinajpur

Kolkata: Toy train and joy ride collapsed in North Dinajpur’s Karandighi. 14 people are reported to be injured.

Fourteen were injured, one critically, after they came crashing to the ground from a height of about 10feet during a joy ride in West Bengal’s Balurghat area, officials said on Saturday.

Fourteen were admitted to a hospital and others sent home after treatment. One of the staffs also broke his hand in the accident. Relatives of victims alleged that collapsed failing to bear extra pressure due to excessive rush. Allegedly, the staffs allowed more persons than prescribed norms. Even after the accident occurred, they unnecessary delayed to call ambulance and start rescue operation.
