Clarkson's Farm star Kaleb Cooper publicly calls out ITV for 'damaging' his ear on air

Kaleb Cooper has called out ITV for 'damaging his ear' after an appearance on its daytime show, This Morning.

The 25-year-old star of Clarkson's Farm took to his Instagram Stories to claim that the ITV show had left him with earache following a recent interview. Sharing with his 2.2 million followers on the social media site, Kaleb posted this lament after suffering problems with his ear.

He wrote: "And I've got ear ache which I'm blaming on ITV, because when I did the This Morning interview I had to wear an ear piece to be able to hear them and since then I've had ear ache - I might be in a mood at the moment." The Mirror has contacted ITV for comment.

Kaleb's outburst came after he had posted that he was suffering after his three-year-old son Oscar was feeling unwell. Asking his followers, Kaleb posted: "Is it just me or is it everyone 3 year old always poorly". Kaleb also welcomed a second child with fiancée Taya in June last year.

Kaleb has become a household name as Jeremy Clarkson's trusty sidekick on the hit Amazon Prime series. The ex-Top Gear host snapped up Diddly Squat Farm in the Cotswolds back in 2008 and took the plunge into farming eleven years later. Speaking to The Telegraph, Kaleb lamented the sky-high prices preventing him owning a farm, saying, "Everything's through the roof," but insisted he wouldn't dream of leaving his beloved Chipping Norton.

Speaking to Amazon ahead of another series of Clarkson's Farm, Kaleb said: "There's always a lot of talk of, 'Don't change, Kaleb, don't do this and don't do that,' but that really annoys me. I'm 25 years old, yes, but I started my business at 13 years old with some chickens and I then started my contracting business at 16, so I've been doing this a long time and with everything that I do, it's got to revolve around my business.

"I'm not going to chuck away my main business, the thing that feeds me, just because I'm on TV. I work every day. Farming isn't a job for me, it's a way of life and I love that way of life. My dream is to buy my own farm and that is what I'm aiming towards. There's something that's stuck in my head continuously: dreams don't work unless you do. Farming isn't a job for me, it's a way of life and I love that way of life."
