Congress seeks Jana Sena support in Huzurnagar

Hyderabad: Congress is leaving no stone unturned to enlist support of various political parties and organisations for its candidate Padmavathi Reddy in Huzurnagar by-poll. Buoyant after getting the support of TJS, Telangana Congress president Uttam Kumar Reddy sent a delegation led by AICC secretary V Hanumantha Rao to request Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan to support Congress and campaign for Padmavathi.

They met TJS leaders Shankar Goud and Asghar Khan.

While Rao exuded confidence that JSP would support Congress, JSP leaders said they would take Congress proposal to Pawan, who will take a final call.
