Deepak Mahadev talks about the places to visit on bike rides

It’s been two months since lockdown began and television actor Deepak Mahadev, who made his small screen debut with the serial Naa Ninna Bidalaare , is missing long bike rides with his group of friends. The actor is waiting for the lockdown to be lifted to go on bike rides. He talks about the places that he has visited on bike on #QuickTakesWithBangaloreTimes...

1. Beaches near Karwar:

The road which leads to Karwar beach is filled with greenery. To ride amidst greenery is a fantastic feeling. The beaches are pristine. I am waiting for the lockdown to be lifted to visit the beaches surrounding Karwar.

2. Sakleshpur :

Sakleshpur is neither far nor near from Bengaluru. After the lockdown is lifted, the first places I would be visiting is Sakleshpur. The home stays add to the beauty of the place. The ride is not very tedious at just 220 kms from the city.

3. Breakfast ride to Kolar:

All friends will be not be free to go on long bike rides, so in that scenario we go on breakfast rides to Kolar. We used to have breakfast at adigas and then a stopover at Bangarpet which is popular for pani puri and return on the same day.

4. Yana :

Yana is located in the forest of Uttara Kannada. It is a must visit destination especially for bike lovers. The two massive rock outcrops are a treat to watch and a small trek takes to Yana.
