Encounter begins in J-K's Kulgam

Kulgam (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Aug 9 (ANI): An encounter has started at the Sighanpor area of Kulgam, said Kashmir Zone Police on Sunday.

"Encounter has started at Sighanpor area of Kulgam. Police and security forces are on the job," the Kashmir Zone police said in a tweet.
