SGPGIMS Recruitment 2025: Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow, has released the official notification for recruitment to various posts, including PDF and Senior Resident. Interested and eligible candidates who are interested in these posts and meet all the required eligibility criteria can read the notification carefully and attend the walk-in interview on the scheduled date. The target of this recruitment drive is to fill a total of 14 posts.
Educational Qualification Required
Candidates must have a valid degree in BDS, MBBS, DNB, MSc, MCA, or MS/MD (relevant field). These degrees should be from the same field for which the application has been made for the respective post.
Age Limit Fixed
The maximum age limit for the posts of Senior Resident, Medical Physics Resident, Senior Demonstrator, and Statistical Fellow has been fixed at 45 years. Whereas for the post of Junior Resident (non-academic), the age of the candidate should not be more than 30 years.
Action can be taken if information is hidden.
After selection, the candidate will be medically tested. Unless the medical board says that the candidate is completely healthy, he will not be included in any course. This medical board will be formed by the institute, and its decision will be considered final.
If a candidate hides information about his illness or treatment, and this comes to light later, strict action can be taken against him. This may also include expulsion from the course or cancellation of the appointment.
If the charge is not taken on time, the opportunity will end
If a candidate does not come to work by the stipulated date or does not take charge by the date given in the appointment letter, then his appointment will be considered automatically cancelled. In such a situation, that seat will be given to the next eligible candidate, who will be in the waiting list.
As far as admission fees are concerned, no admission fee will be charged for short-term appointments.
How much salary will be given?
The pay scale has been fixed separately for all these posts. Depending on the responsibility and level of the post, the salary can range from Rs 35,400 to Rs 2,08,700 per month. The exact pay scale will be applicable as per the respective post.
