ICAI CA Result 2025: Every year lakhs of students dream of becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA). For this, passing the ICAI examinations is the biggest challenge. For the students who appeared in the CA Intermediate, Final and Foundation examinations in May 2025, the wait is now going to end. ICAI has officially released the result date.

When will the results come?

ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) issued a notification stating that the results of CA Inter and Final will be released on 6th July 2025 at 2 pm. At the same time, the result of CA Foundation will be declared on the same day at 5 pm.

First of all go to the official website of ICAI icai.org.

Click on the CA May 2025 result link on the home page.

Click on the CA Inter, Final and Foundation Result link here.

Enter the registration number, roll number and date of birth and submit.

The scorecard will appear on the screen.

Now check and download.

How many marks are required to pass?

To pass the CA Foundation exam, at least 40 marks are required in each subject. It is mandatory to have a total of 50 percent marks in all subjects. If a student scores 70 percent or more marks, then special honors will also be given by ICAI.

When were the exams held?

CA Foundation exam: Held on 15, 17, 19 and 21 May.

CA Inter Group 1: 3, 5, 7 May

CA Inter Group 2: 9, 11, 14 May

CA Final Group 1: 2, 4, 6 May

CA Final Group 2: 8, 10, 13 May.
