IOB LBO Admit Card 2025: Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has released the admit card for the Local Bank Officer (LBO) exam. This recruitment exam will be conducted on 12th July 2025. Candidates who are going to appear in the exam can download their admit card through simple steps by visiting the official website iob.in.

A total of 400 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. In which 162 posts are reserved for the unreserved (UR) category. Additionally, 108 posts have been set aside for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 40 posts for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 60 posts for Scheduled Castes (SC), and 30 posts for Scheduled Tribes (ST).

Rule of cutoff and negative marking

To pass this recruitment exam, all the candidates have to score a minimum marks in every section. Sectional cutoff has been fixed at 35% for unreserved (General) category candidates and 30% for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC, etc.). That is, it is necessary to score at least this percentage of marks in each section.

Negative marking is also applicable in the exam. If the candidates answer a question incorrectly, then 0.25 (one-fourth) of the fixed marks of that question will be deducted. That is, the benefit of 1 correct answer can be lost on 4 wrong answers. But if a question is left out, i.e., not answered, then no marks will be deducted for it.

Know subject wise marks, time, and medium.
The question paper for the Local Bank Officer (LBO) Exam 2025, conducted by Indian Overseas Bank, has been divided into four sections. A total of 140 questions will be asked in the exam, for which 200 marks are fixed. Candidates will get a total of 3 hours (180 minutes) to complete the paper. The medium of questions will be both English and Hindi.

The question paper consists of four sections:

Reasoning and Computer Aptitude - 30 questions, 60 marks, time 60 minutes

General/Economy/Banking Awareness - 40 questions, 40 marks, time 30 minutes

Data Analysis and Interpretation - 30 questions, 60 marks, time 60 minutes

English Knowledge - 40 questions, 40 marks, time 30 minutes

Now go to the "Recruitment" section on the homepage.

After this, click on the "LBO Admit Card 2025" link.

Enter your registration number and password/date of birth here.

Enter the captcha code and click on "Login".

Your admit card will appear on the screen. download it.

Finally, take a printout of it.
