After the success of its first season, the second installment of the Malayalam crime thriller is scheduled to premiere on JioHotstar from June 20, 2025.

Kerala Crime Files is a police procedural drama that follows a team of officers investigating the murder of a sex worker at a lodge. With only a fake name and address left by the suspect as their lead, the series chronicles their determined efforts to track down the killer. It highlights the challenges and sacrifices involved in police work throughout the intense investigation.
Season 2 of Kerala Crime Files features a stellar cast that includes Arjun Radhakrishnan, Aju Varghese, Lal, Indrans, Harisree Asokan, Renjit Shekar, Sanju Sanichen, Suresh Babu, Navas Vallikunnu, Noorin Shereef, Jeo Baby, Shibla Fara, and Bilas Chandrahasan. Directed by Ahammed Khabeer, the series is written by Bahul Ramesh, who has crafted the story, screenplay, and dialogues. The show is produced by Hassan Rasheed, Ahammed Khabeer, and Jithin Stanislaus under the Monkey Business banner. Jithin Stanislaus also serves as the director of photography, with Mahesh Bhuvanend handling the editing and Hesham Abdul Wahab composing the music.
