My Dress Up Darling Season 2 Confirmed To Start Airing On July 5
The X account for the My Dress Up Darling anime confirmed on June 3, 2025, that the second season of the series will begin airing in Japan on July 5 at 24:00 JST.
To commemorate the announcement, the staff released new key visuals featuring Marin Kitagawa and Wakana Gojo.
Keisuke Shinohara will return to direct the second season at CloverWorks, with Yoriko Tomita once again handling the series’ scripts. Kazumasa Ishida will design the characters, and Takeshi Nakatsuka will compose the season’s music.
Season 1 of the anime aired from January to March 2022.
My Dress-Up Darling is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Shinichi Fukuda. It was serialized in Square Enix’s seinen manga magazine Young Gangan from January 2018 to March 2025, and has been compiled in 14 volumes as of November 2024.
As of May 2024, the manga had more than 11 million copies in circulation.
A live-action television drama adaptation premiered on MBS’s Dramaism programming block in October 2024.
