Solo Leveling Season 2 Gets Officially Announced; Teaser Trailer Revealed!
Following the conclusion of Solo Leveling season 1 on March 31, 2024, the anime has been officially confirmed for a second season titled Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow.
A teaser trailer for the second season was revealed to commemorate the announcement.
While a release date for the new season is yet to be announced, Crunchyroll has confirmed that Solo Leveling
Solo Leveling anime started airing on Jan 7, 2024.
Shunsuke Nakashige directed the anime, with Noboru Kimura served as the script writer. Tomoko Sudo was in charge of character designing, and Hiroyuki Sawano composed the music.
The opening theme song, titled “Level,” was performed by SawanoHiroyuki[nZk] and Tomorrow X Together, while the ending theme song, titled “Request,” was performed by Krage.
Solo Leveling is a South Korean web novel written by Chugong. It was serialized in Kakao’s digital comic and fiction platform KakaoPage beginning on July 25, 2016, and was later published in full by D&C Media under their Papyrus label on Nov 4, 2016.
A webtoon adaptation of Solo Leveling was first serialized in KakaoPage on March 4, 2018; it was illustrated by Jang Sung-Rak (aka Dubu), the CEO of Redice Studio. The webtoon’s first season concluded on March 19, 2020, and its second season began on August 1, 2020, concluding in December 2021 with its 179th chapter.
