From prominent actors and cricketers, the All England Club grabbed immense attention. Notably, Djokovic lost the opening set 1-6 but bounced back in the next three sets, winning 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 in a contest that lasted over three hours. The victory was his 101st win at Wimbledon and brought him within three matches of a record 25th Grand Slam title.

Indian batting great, Virat Kohli, and his wife, Anushka Sharma, made a special appearance at Wimbledon 2025 on Monday, to watch Novak Djokovic’s fourth-round clash against Alex de Minaur. The Indian cricket icon watched from Centre Court as the Serbian made a strong comeback to win in four sets. Kohli later praised Djokovic on Instagram. "What a match. It was business as usual for the gladiator. @djokernole," he wrote. Djokovic responded to the appreciation, “Thank you for supporting,” he wrote while resharing the story.

Later, Kohli backed Djokovic to win the title and hoped to see a Djokovic-Alcaraz final. He called Djokovic one of the greatest of all time. Meanwhile, Djokovic shared his admiration for Kohli, revealing that they have exchanged messages and expressed a desire to improve his cricket skills before visiting India.

During the same game, England cricket star Joe Root was spotted at Centre Court, where he met tennis legend Roger Federer. Root, currently playing in England’s five-match Test series against India, attended the Grand Slam with his wife. Root was seen greeting Federer in the Royal Box. Root and his wife Carrie were seen getting their pictures clicked in the Royal Box before the men's Singles fourth-round match between Alex De Minaur and Novak Djokovic. A picture of Root shaking hands with the eight-time Wimbledon champion went viral.
