We are blessed with a baby girl." The note concluded with the two signing off with their names. The post featured a pink backdrop with cute heart balloons, and stars.

While the couple made the official announcement late Wednesday morning, news of the baby's arrival broke in the wee hours of the morning, with fans celebrating the arrival of the little one. Sid and Kiara did not provide any more details of the baby's name, or the date of her birth.

Soon after Sid made the official post on his handle, his B-town friends, took to the comments section to congratulate him and Kiara. Alia Bhatt 's sister, Shaheen Bhatt took to the comments to say, "Yey! Congratulations."
Suniel Grover also sent his wishes saying, "Bestttttt!!!!!!! Badhai ho mummy daddy ko! Congratulations."
Stars including Janhvi Kapoor and brother Arjun Kapoor, also sent their love and best wishes to the new parents.
